  1. International activities of the departments of Mykolaiv National Agrarian University must be coordinated and agreed upon with the Research Center for International Cooperation and Legal Support of MNAU (hereinafter – Research Center ICLS).
  2. MNAU departments that have connections with foreign partners must notify the Research Center ICLS in advance, at least 10 days before the planned event (participation in seminars, conferences, professional development courses, participation in international competitions and grant programs, publications abroad, possible agreements, etc.) about cooperation plans with foreign organizations, institutions, private individuals;
  3. Work with foreign delegations and conducting protocol events is carried out with prior submission to the Research Center ICLS in electronic form of the delegation list, stay program and conduct plan, and providing a report after the event (Appendix 1). When all requirements are met, the Research Center ICLS provides visa and organizational support for receiving foreign delegations, if necessary provides escort and oral translation.
  4. Each business trip of MNAU students, graduate students and teachers for practice, internships, participation in scientific and educational events abroad is reported to the Research Center ICLS, which, if necessary, provides passport, visa, organizational and other support related to the stay of these categories of citizens abroad. After returning to Ukraine, students, graduate students and teachers (except students who were on internships) are obliged to submit a report (Appendix 2) to the ICLS Center within 10 days.
  5. Preparation, discussion, conclusion of any contractual documents (including protocols of intent for cooperation) with foreign partners on behalf of the University and its departments is carried out in agreement with the Research Center ICLS.
  6. Responsibility for timely provision of information is borne personally by deans of faculties and heads of structural departments of MNAU
